The name Delato, meaning "to convey a message" or "to deliver to someone" in Latin, perfectly encapsulates his mission to provide a unique experience for everyone attending his shows, inviting them to express their joy through his music.
Delato has graced a variety of stages, supporting major acts like John Summit, Dom Dolla, and SOFI TUKKER. His performances at notable venues and events, including Summerfest, The Intersection in Grand Rapids, and Breakaway Music Festival, have solidified his reputation in the music community. He established a captivating stage presence and demonstrated his prowess behind the decks early in his career. His brand, characterized by a youthful look and vibrant stage presence, developed organically.
In an innovative move, inspired by a vocal sample from influencer Alix Earle's TikTok, Delato produced an early 2024 single titled after Earle. This strategic release, combined with engaging TikTok content, sparked a direct response from Earle, significantly boosting Delato's social media growth. Over just six days, his account witnessed a 143% increase, with a steady influx of at least 60 new followers daily. As Delato delves deeper into the music industry, his passion for production grows. He remains fiercely committed to broadening his brand and evolving as an artist, ensuring his trajectory continues to rise.
